Job Title: Surgical Technologist Position

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in Tacoma, Washington.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Technologist to work in our operating room. As a Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for surgery, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting the surgical team during procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for surgery by ensuring they are properly positioned and draped
  • Maintain a sterile environment by following proper protocols and procedures
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
