About the PositionWe're seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist/PT to join our team for a contract assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation, and developing personalized treatment plans under the guidance of a physician.
The ideal candidate must have a strong educational background, be licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT, and possess excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on physical therapy methods.
Job Description- Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient
- Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions
- Graduation from an accredited school
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure
