Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
Licensing/Certification: Must be licensed in good standing in Alaska as an OT or have a good-standing license of Occupational Therapy in another state and awaiting licensure in Alaska. Must also hold a current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Equipment/Tools:
?Office equipment (i.e. computer, telephone, fax machine, copy machine)
Hospital based: Standard Occupational Therapy Department environment includes hi-lo table, therapeutic exercise equipment, ultrasound and electric stimulation modalities, ADL training room (includes bathroom and kitchen).

Facility Location
Bethel is located west of Anchorage, Alaska and can only be accessed by water or air. It has a subarctic climate with long snowy cold winters and mild, short summers and is the main port and transportation hub for 56 villages in that area of Alaska. Allied travel assignments are typically for 13 weeks and offer generous packages that include:
