Job Description

Evolver Federal is seeking a highly skilled Learning Architect to join our team and contribute to the development of a government program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Collect, maintain, exchange, and secure data contained in the learning management program run by the government client.
  • Machine Learning and AI: Develop and implement machine learning techniques to identify potential problems within the learning management system and find ways to resolve them.
  • Expertise: Act as an expert in Machine Learning and AI technologies and their intricacies, providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Program Development: Participate in the conceptualization, development, and maintenance of the program, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze, architect, and develop data sets used in the existing program, with a focus on machine learning and AI applications.
  • Collaboration: Participate in discussions related to the government program and data specifics, and lead discussions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including 7 years of experience in instructional design, 5 years of experience as a technical instructor, and 5 years of experience using Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD).
Preferred Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • AI and ML Knowledge: Proven knowledge of the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Virtual Agent/Chat Bot Experience: Knowledge or experience in configuring, modeling, and enhancing virtual agent/chat bot.
  • Government Experience: Proven work experience as a Learning Architect in a government environment.
  • Learning Technology Experience: Proven experience with learning technology.
  • Education Level: Master's degree preferred.
