Evolver Federal is in search of a qualified candidate to fulfill the role of an Educational Systems Architect for a program aimed at supporting a government client.

Key Responsibilities:

The Educational Systems Architect will be tasked with:

  • Gathering, managing, sharing, and safeguarding the data involved in the learning management system operated by the government client.
  • Creating and executing machine learning strategies while identifying potential issues within the learning management framework and devising solutions to address these challenges.
  • Serving as a specialist in Machine Learning and AI technologies, understanding their complexities.
  • Playing a significant role in the conceptualization, development, and ongoing support of the program.
  • Evaluating, designing, and constructing data sets utilized in the current program and strategizing for future applications of machine learning and AI.
  • Participating in, and at times leading, discussions related to the government program and data specifics.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • 7 years of experience in instructional design.
  • 5 years of experience serving as a technical instructor related to educational technology platforms.
  • 5 years of experience with Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications.
  • Experience in configuring, modeling, and enhancing virtual agents/chatbots.
  • Proven track record as a Learning Architect within a government context.
  • Extensive experience with learning technologies.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
