We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team in Houston, TX as a Therapy Program Supervisor. This role will work closely with the Location Director and Director of Therapy to take our care to the next level, providing the highest quality therapy to pediatric patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage overall operational and therapy functions in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of day-to-day therapy operations.
- Supervise, develop, and lead multiple disciplines; OT, PT, ST.
- Serve as a resource person and role model to staff.
- Work closely with physicians and parents to provide high-quality care.
- Oversee referral, staffing, and care coordination.
- Ensure that documentation is completed in accordance with Company policies.
- Three years pediatric therapy experience and one-year home health experience preferred.
- Must be a PT or OT who is currently licensed to practice in this state.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile liability insurance, and have reliable transportation.
