Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to and motivate others to follow work instructions to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Complete equipment calibration and setup, and promptly communicate any maintenance issues to the Supervisor.
  • Proactively identify quality, process, and workflow problems, and inform the Supervisor of any outstanding or re-occurring issues.
  • Participate in the training of new hires and cross-train associates as necessary to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Actively communicate and share information and expectations with the Supervisor, and participate in team meetings and focus groups to provide input on facility issues.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and treat all associates with respect and dignity, reporting any issues or concerns to the Supervisor.
  • Support management decisions and communicate concerns when appropriate, and assist the Team Leader and Supervisor in the execution of their duties.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, and notify the Supervisor of potential safety or health issues.
  • Support and follow all safety requirements, and provide immediate feedback to all necessary parties.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to prioritize, maintain organization, and meet strict deadlines
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, including breaks and lunch periods
