Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Position

Aya Locums is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Orange, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery.
About the JobThis locum CRNA position is a 13-week assignment, offering a competitive hourly rate of $190-$200. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program, as well as active and unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) licensure in California and national certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management, and postoperative pain management.
- Collaborate with surgeons, surgical teams, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic plans as needed.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in anesthesia practice through continuing education.
- Clinical expertise and technical proficiency in administering various anesthesia techniques.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a surgical team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing patient conditions.
