Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled Senior Real Estate Development Coordinator to support the real estate development department at EAH Housing. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Vice President to drive the success of our projects.

Responsibilities
    The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Regional Vice President in overseeing the real estate development process, including market research, financial analysis, and project management. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking progress against established KPIs, including:
      • Project timelines and milestones
      • Financial performance and budget adherence
      • Resident satisfaction and retention rates

Salary and Benefits
    We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.

Requirements
    To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
      • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
      • 3+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
