About the Role

Global Crossing Airlines is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day planned and unplanned aircraft maintenance on A320 family aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Maintenance Tasks: Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on A320 aircraft, ensuring compliance with company manuals and federal regulations.
  • Inspect and Troubleshoot: Inspect aircraft systems and components, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs as needed.
  • Maintain Training Currency: Complete required training and actively maintain training currency as defined in company manuals.
  • Collaborate with Team: Participate in the development and improvement of maintenance methods, and communicate effectively with maintenance control.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Perform all work tasks with a high level of quality and safety, and ensure all paperwork and records are completed and handled as outlined in company manuals and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of aircraft avionics/electrical related experience required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must have an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License, and hold a current Airframe and Powerplant Certification.
  • Skills and Abilities: Possess a high degree of knowledge and expertise in aircraft electrical/avionics systems, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of applicable maintenance/technical manuals and publications.
