KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute repairs as outlined in the service order efficiently and in line with dealership standards

  • Engage with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional service needs
  • Complete online multi-point inspection reports
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  • Handle necessary administrative tasks as required
  • Support other areas of the vehicle maintenance facility as needed
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Service Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong mechanical skills in vehicle maintenance and repair

  • Proficient in computer usage
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Possession of necessary tools for assigned tasks
