- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Liaise with patients, medical professionals, and staff to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Manage patient records and data efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Coordinate provider appointments and treatment room availability, optimizing patient satisfaction.
- File and fax documents, and protect patient confidentiality.
- Assist with laboratory results, specimen collection, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, supporting team efforts and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred: C-Heartsaver certification.
