We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Office Manager to join our team at Gotion, Inc. in Manteno, IL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing office functions, planning events, and maintaining a positive work environment.

The Senior Office Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing social and catering events to foster a sense of community and engagement among employees. They will also scout, evaluate, and recommend potential in-person meeting sites for future events.

Additionally, the Senior Office Manager will develop and implement strategies to enhance the working environment, ensuring it is conducive to productivity and employee well-being. They will manage relationships with catering services, event vendors, and other external partners to ensure high-quality event experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a reliable commute or be willing to relocate to Manteno, IL. A college degree is preferred, and a minimum of 7 years' experience with business office functions is required. Proven experience in office management, event planning, or a related field is essential.

The Senior Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the budget for office events and employee engagement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering impactful results. They will also coordinate and manage office facilities to ensure a comfortable and efficient workspace for all employees.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 20 pounds.
  • Sitting, standing, walking, computer and/or phone use up to 8 hours per day.
