Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oncology Clinical Research Associate to join our team at ICON Strategic Solutions. As a key member of our clinical research team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical trials in the oncology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate clinical trials in oncology, ensuring timely and efficient execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigators, site staff, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Review and analyze data to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies to meet study timelines
  • Provide training and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in oncology
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
