About the Role

Quincy Medical Group is a multispecialty, physician-owned healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through a comprehensive regional network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality OB/GYN services to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Collaborate with a team of 6 OB/GYNs, a midwife, nurses, lactation consultant, and childbirth educators to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Work 4-4.5 days per week in clinic/rounding and participate in a call schedule.
  • Contribute to a state-of-the-art surgery center with 5 ORs, including a hybrid room, and a DaVinci robot.
  • Participate in the development of a birth center, which will offer a unique and personalized birthing experience for patients.

  • Strong compensation package above the 75th percentile, with many physicians exceeding the 90th percentile.
  • 10% sign-on bonus, moving expense reimbursement, and a 4-week vacation package.
  • 2 weeks of CME, $2,500 CME stipend, paid renewals of licenses, certifications, and registrations.
  • 401(k) plan with 100% vesting upon entry and a 50% match up to a 6% personal contribution.
  • Malpractice and tail coverage paid upon 15-year vestment.
