Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a committed team of 6 OB/GYNs, a midwife, nursing staff, lactation consultants, and childbirth educators.
  • Fulfill clinic duties, conduct rounds, and manage on-call responsibilities for approximately 4-4.5 days per week, with an on-call schedule comprising 3 weekdays and 1 weekend monthly.
  • Participate in overseeing a significant volume of deliveries annually, supported by 4 OB physicians.
  • Work from an office conveniently located near other women's health facilities, with each physician having access to 1 office and 3 examination rooms, alongside on-site amenities such as a laboratory, bone density testing, mammography, ultrasound services, and a stress testing and monitoring area.
  • Utilize a newly established state-of-the-art surgical center featuring 5 operating rooms, including 1 hybrid room, owned by Duly Health and Care.
  • Provide inpatient care at a well-equipped hospital, featuring advanced surgical technology and the capacity to perform VBACs.
  • Look forward to the anticipated launch of a new birth center, with approval from Duly Health and Care, expected to commence operations in the near future. Participation in the birth center is optional.
  • Receive a competitive compensation package that exceeds the 75th percentile, with many physicians earning above the 90th percentile. Enjoy a 10% sign-on bonus, relocation expense coverage, 4 weeks of vacation in the first year (with additional allocations based on physician requirements as a shareholder), 6 holidays, 2 weeks for continuing medical education, a $2,500 CME stipend, paid license renewals, certifications, and registrations, a 401k plan with full vesting upon enrollment (including a 50% match for up to 6% personal contribution), as well as malpractice insurance and tail insurance coverage after a designated vesting period.
