Job Overview:

ABA Humboldt is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an ABA Technician in a part-time capacity. As an ABA Technician, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in various settings, including home after-school programs, select schools, and our clinic. This position offers a salary range of $23 to $25 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients
  • Collect data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist clients with skill acquisition and behavior management
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients' families

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
