ABA Technician Position

Job Overview:

ABA Humboldt is seeking a dedicated individual to work as an ABA Technician in various settings, including home after-school programs, select schools, and our clinic. This part-time position offers a salary range of $23 to $25 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Assist clients with skill acquisition and behavior management
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients' families

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
