Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the team goal of providing exceptional services to children and parents
  • Build rapport with children and parents, taking a genuine interest in their needs and experiences
  • Participate in daily activities such as arts and crafts, games, reading, and singing
  • Promote our youth programs and activities, assisting parents with registration
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary
  • CPR and First Aid certifications required
  • Recreation equipment certifications a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Related work experience in childcare or recreation
  • Supervisory experience a plus
