We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented individual to become a vital part of our Client Service Representative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
  • Manage payment processing and invoicing
  • Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and gather necessary medical information
  • Verify patient immunization and testing status
  • Coordinate with veterinary staff regarding patient arrivals and required treatments
  • Assist in filling prescriptions and product requests as directed by veterinarians
  • Input data accurately into our management software
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Availability for Saturday shifts on a rotating basis

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability on weekends as required
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
