FBO Line Service Technician
LC Staffing is seeking a dedicated FBO Line Service Technician to enhance our outstanding aviation service team. This role is pivotal in managing all ramp operations for incoming and outgoing aircraft, flight crews, and passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refuel aircraft in compliance with ATA specifications 103 quality control standards.
- Tow, marshal, and securely park aircraft, ensuring they are properly chocked and locked.
- Provide lavatory and potable water services for aircraft.
- Assist with baggage loading and unloading, and support pilots with pre and post-flight ramp services.
- Oversee fuel farm and truck operations.
- Operate ground support equipment to facilitate ramp activities.
- Support other departments as needed, including facility maintenance.
- Contribute to daily operations, ensuring safety and security for all employees, crews, and passengers.
- Manage corporate phone communications and assist with customer reservations, utilizing computer programs and Microsoft Office for various tasks.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities.
- Capability to interpret diverse instructions in both written and verbal formats.
- High level of integrity and dependability.
- Competitive starting wage: $17-$20/hour based on experience.
- Two shifts available with 8-hour workdays, including weekends:
- 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

- Previous experience in Fixed Base Operations (FBO) is preferred.
- Physical capability to climb, bend, stoop, crawl, and stand for extended periods on various surfaces.
- Manual dexterity to handle items and perform tasks effectively.
- Vision should be 20/20 or corrected to 20/20, with excellent depth perception.
- Frequent lifting of 50-75 lbs, with heavier items manageable using mechanical aids or assistance.
- Work environment includes hangar and ramp areas, with exposure to outdoor conditions and noise.
- Workers may encounter extreme weather conditions.
