Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Leader to join our team at Quest Global. As a Quality Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing quality engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage quality engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and services
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall quality performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading and managing quality engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with gas turbine engines and industry regulations
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Participation in Continuous Improvement/Development initiatives (RC-CA, 6 Sigma, DoE)
