Medication Coordinator Specialist

As a Medication Coordinator Specialist, you will assume administrative responsibility for all systems and procedures in a specific pharmacy satellite and designated practice area. You will also supervise satellite activities and personnel, ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality patient care.
With a strong background in pharmacy practice, you will serve all patients, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Your expertise will include clinical unit base pharmacist oversight and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Three years of pharmacy experience, including one year in the specialty care area
- One year of lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
