**Job Description:**
The QA Technician role is critical to ensuring the highest level of food safety and quality at our facility. We require the successful candidate to have a high school diploma or GED, be 18 years of age or older, be able to work in the United States without sponsorship, and be able to effectively communicate in English (speak, read, and write).
The ideal candidate will have prior quality assurance experience in a USDA inspected beef, pork, or poultry facility, prior production experience, a degree in Agricultural Science, Biology or Meat related science degree or equivalent experience, hands-on knowledge, training and/or experience in Basic Microbiology, Basic Chemistry, Sanitation, and HACCP.
