About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Beef Modernization Sorter. As a member of our harvest floor team, you will be responsible for performing precision knife cuts while observing and making decisions related to pathology, presentation, or possible sanitary dressing deficiencies.
