Job Overview

The Tuscaloosa VA Federal Credit Union is a full-service financial institution seeking an experienced administrative professional to join their team as an Administrative Coordinator. This role will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties to service back-office activities, including human resource functions such as biweekly and monthly payroll, administering health, dental, life, AD&D insurance, and managing employee benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative duties, including marketing initiatives and the creation of monthly Board packages
  • Assist with miscellaneous filing, meeting preparation, and providing audit information

The Tuscaloosa VA Federal Credit Union is located on the grounds of the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center with a branch location in Northport, AL. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) enrollment and contributions.
