Job Description

Job Summary:

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
  • As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, provide consistent high-quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team.
  • Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
  • Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
  • Provide direction and mentoring to project teams, lead technical teams, and effectively influence customer leadership on key decisions.
  • Assign tasks, mentor teams, track deliverables, and oversee activities of the team.
  • Coordinate technical interviews, provide performance feedback to management, and interact with sales and product management to recommend future product enhancements.
  • Support business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions, and collaborate with consulting sales teams by providing domain expertise.
  • Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
  • Experience with OFS Financial Crime and Compliance Management solutions for financial sectors, OFSAAI O-jet Forms Framework, Process Modelling Framework, OFSAAI Security Framework components, Batch Management, OFSAAI Data Integrator Component, OFSAAI Metadata Component, BDF, Oracle Database SQL & PL/SQL, PL/SQL Developer, SQL Developer, Winscp, OAS (Oracle Analytical Server) reports and dashboards, Middle tier technologies like Weblogic, Tomcat, and Functional domain expertise in Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), Enterprise Case Management, Compliance Regulatory Reporting, Anti-Money Laundering, Currency Transaction Reporting, Know Your Customer, FCCM Studio, Operational Risk & Compliance, and Credit Risk Pooling & Estimations.
  • Career Level - IC4.
