Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly manner, efficiently managing the check-in and check-out processes. Assist with pre-registration and reservation blocking as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of all charges to guest accounts.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Front Office systems, both computerized and manual, to handle daily transactions effectively.
  • Manage cash transactions with precision, including receiving payments via cash, checks, and credit cards, while providing correct change.
  • Review special requests from guests and coordinate room assignments accordingly.
  • Understand hotel pricing structures, discounts, and the appropriate handling of each.
  • Be familiar with reservation protocols, including same-day bookings, and be able to process reservations efficiently. Follow cancellation and relocation procedures as necessary.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
