We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Line Manufacturing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and compliant production of our biotechnology drug substances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of manufacturing associates in the downstream manufacturing process, ensuring a safe and compliant production environment.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and LEAN principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete production activities, including QA/QC, F&E, PPIC, Mfg, PD, and Regulatory.
  • Develop and implement CAPAs and solutions to complex problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on production.
  • Oversee the set up, execution, and completion of critical manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to cGMP and CFR regulations.
Requirements
  • 12 years of manufacturing or operations experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring team members.
  • Strong technical proficiency in manufacturing processes, with a focus on downstream purification operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with performance management, including performance reviews and conflict resolution.
