Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead our new outpatient orthopedic clinic in a clinically led organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, providing high-quality patient care, and fostering community relationships to help grow the clinic's patient base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, with an average caseload of 10.5 patients per day.
  • Foster community relationships and connections to help grow the clinic's patient base.
  • Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff.
  • Work closely with our leadership team on clinic goals, performance, and growth strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience.
  • Proven management experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong ties and connections within the community.
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive, patient-focused clinic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in eventual partnership opportunities.
