Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of clients and provide goal-oriented individual counseling sessions.
  • Conduct group counseling and educational sessions, focusing on topics such as relapse prevention and healthy coping mechanisms.
  • Act as a client advocate, assisting clients with problem-solving and referrals to external resources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in client charts and document client contact using our progress note system.

Requirements:
  • Certified by a recognized governing body in the state of California.
  • Possess strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
