Global Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development Director to lead the growth of our North American region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and manage partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies across multiple markets and channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive council members and regional partners.
- Manage partnerships and agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of management experience in a global business environment involving multiple markets and channels.
- Experience building and sustaining programmatic success via geographically disbursed entities or virtual communities of engaged stakeholder groups.
- Track record of successful channel, B2B, management and business plan development, including integration of market planning across diverse areas.
- Experience in developing partnerships and agreements that serve the business.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and sound business judgment in assessing multiple competing opportunities.
- Knowledge of marketing and relationship management tools and techniques with the ability to present and apply them on senior management and top executive level.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including demonstrated team-based operational and strategic results, with the ability to lead, retain, and progress staff.
- Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in the business language- English.
