Job Title: PRN Onsite Counselor

Department: Onsite Employee Health & Wellness

Reports to: Clinic Manager and Assistant Clinic Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a PRN onsite counselor to provide mental health services to students and staff in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field, and experience in maintaining a client schedule that includes visits outside of the standard workday. Membership with a professional organization, such as the International Coach Federation (ICF) or the American Counseling Association (ACA), is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Provide mental health services to students and staff
Maintain a client schedule that includes visits outside of the standard workday
Collaborate with the clinic manager and assistant clinic manager to ensure smooth operations
Develop and implement counseling programs to support student and staff well-being

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
Experience in maintaining a client schedule that includes visits outside of the standard workday
Membership with a professional organization, such as the International Coach Federation (ICF) or the American Counseling Association (ACA), is preferred
Five or more years of experience preferred
