Job Title: PRN Onsite Counselor

Clarksville-Montgomery County School System is seeking a PRN Onsite Counselor to join our team. As a PRN Onsite Counselor, you will provide mental health services to students and staff on an as-needed basis.

Department:

Onsite Employee Health and Wellness

Reports to:

Clinic Manager and Assistant Clinic Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Provide mental health services to students and staff on an as-needed basis
  • Maintain a client schedule that consists of client visits outside of the standard workday
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the needs of clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, human services, or related field
  • Experience in maintaining a client schedule that consists of client visits outside of the standard workday
  • Membership with a professional organization, such as credentials through the International Coach Federation (ICF), ACA (American Counseling Association) is preferred
  • Five or more years of experience preferred
Work Environment:

The H.P.D. clinic is open Monday - Saturday, and the D.P.Y. varies (clinic open Monday - Saturday). The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
