Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and challenges of each patient.
  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions to support patients in achieving their treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
  • Complete necessary documentation for compliance and client records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of corrective action plans.
Requirements:
  • LPC, LCSW, LMSW or PLPC licensure within the State of Louisiana.
  • Experience in addiction counseling and/or substance abuse treatment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and EHR systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Satisfactory background check and drug screen.
