Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiation Therapist to join our team at BlueHorizon Solutions. As a key member of our radiation oncology department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of innovative treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for cancer patients using various radiation therapies, including brachytherapy, teletherapy, IMRT, and respiratory gating.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and radiation therapists to ensure seamless patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans that take into account patient-specific needs and medical histories.
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including linear accelerators and CT scanners, to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiation oncology and treatment technologies.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in radiation oncology, with a focus on senior-level positions.
- Strong knowledge of radiation therapy principles, treatment planning, and patient care.
