Position Overview:

As a Survey Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our operations, overseeing various surveying projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate project scopes, develop cost estimates, and negotiate contractual terms.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:

  • Must be an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying.
  • Familiarity with the Public Land Survey System, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, municipal survey requirements, and ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standards.
  • Proficient in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

$100,000 - $130,000
