About Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Support Associate to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism.

As a Behavioral Support Associate, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

This role requires a patient and empathetic individual who is passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and families.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. You must also be able to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test, as well as pass a pre-employment background check.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of children and families, and you will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success. We offer a competitive salary range of $16-$20 per hour, depending on experience, and a structured career path in the field of behavioral analysis.
