About the Role:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all customers, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.

  • Suggest additional merchandise to complement customer orders, such as balloons, candles, and cards.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system, inviting them to join our email club for exclusive promotions.
  • Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine sweeping/mopping, dusting/cleaning, and replenishing retail merchandise and cake display cases.
  • Assist our Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
