Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. As a BCBA at Proud Moments ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to help children with autism develop positive behaviors and learn new skills.
  • Provide caring support to families during assessment and treatment planning.
  • Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns.
  • Share knowledge and experience through direct supervision and training of behavioral technicians.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA license or sitting for the exam in the next 3 months.
  • Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
  • Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
