Behavioral Framework is continuously in search of committed Behavior Technicians who possess a genuine passion for supporting children.
In this position, you will be working directly with children in their home environments. This approach allows you to integrate into the family setting and aid the child in developing essential skills. These skills are tailored to each client and may encompass: toileting, feeding, behavior management, compliance, and various other developmental and educational tasks.

You will operate primarily in the client's home and, on occasion, in community settings (parks, stores, recreational areas).

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in the implementation of ABA therapy.
- Collect and document data based on observable client behavior.
- Record session details through progress notes.
- Utilize safe and appropriate handling and management techniques when working with clients.
- Provide direct client care in accordance with established behavioral protocols/programs.
Physical Requirements:
- Proficient in fine and gross motor skills, capable of hand-over-hand prompting without restriction.
- Full physical range of motion to offer necessary support to clients.
- Ability to physically document progress notes, graph data, and input information into a computerized system.
- Ability to read treatment plans, interpret data, and follow instructions for program implementation and behavior management.
- Must be able to assume various postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, standing) while working with children with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
- Must be able to hold/transport clients during behavioral management.
- Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
- Must possess visual acuity to assess the accuracy and thoroughness of assigned tasks.
- Must be physically present at the designated job site.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Required certification:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation is essential; public transport is not considered sufficient.
