Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to provide functional rehabilitation services to our patients in their natural home and community environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and autonomous setting, providing care that is tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Regularly re-assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings and family conferences
  • Perform discharge evaluations and make recommendations for home and community safety
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
  • Current CPR certification in accordance with state regulations
  • Minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
