We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement patient care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
- Assess patients' physical and mental health needs, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Administer medication and provide education to patients and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- A valid registered nurse license in the state of employment.
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
- Formal training in managing aggressive patients.
- Previous experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably with children, adolescents, and adults.
