Pharmaceutical Sales Expert

Syneos Health, a leading global contract research organization (CRO), is seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our nationwide sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and manage assigned territories, partner with a prominent pharmaceutical company, and contribute to the success of our clients.
Salary & BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience. Our competitive compensation package includes health benefits, 401(k) matching, flexible paid time off (PTO), and sick time. We comply with all applicable federal, state, and municipal paid sick time requirements.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will:
- Demonstrate and promote client products to targeted and non-targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in your territory, developing an appropriate business plan to influence their prescribing decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory to enhance company and product loyalty and build brand recognition.
- Utilize a defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call, impacting positive territory engagement results.
- Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence, and maintain customer relationships, customizing discussions with physicians based on their needs.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales, or business-to-business sales.
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and weekends.
- Must live within the assigned territory or within its boundaries.
