Eolus Condominiums is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and cleanliness of our common areas.
Responsibilities- Conduct daily inspections of the building to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
- Test and balance hot tubs to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect, clean, and refill spa bathrooms, including paper and soap dispensers.
- Remove trash from lobbies and dispose of it in the dumpster.
- Check vehicles in the garage for parking passes and enforce parking regulations as needed.
- Remove pool covers and scoop floating debris from the pool.
- Shovel snow, salt icy areas, and snow blow as necessary.
- Address plumbing emergencies by shutting off water to the affected area.
- Open stuck elevator doors and escort contractors as needed.
- Vacuum elevators and elevator lobbies.
- Sweep or blow walkways and mop up dirt and spills as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable individual.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Positive customer service attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
- Maintenance experience.
- Housekeeping experience.
- Familiarity with the resort industry.
- Residency within a reasonable distance of Purgatory Village.
$18 per hour.
Variable schedule based on the needs of the property, with opportunities to work more days during peak periods.
Hours of work: 9 am - until all tasks are completed.
