Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Operations and Construction Oversight professional to join our team at WS Development. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our properties, including construction projects, maintenance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including construction projects, maintenance, and customer service.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor the scheduling, completion, and documentation of preventative and corrective maintenance for both tenant and base building related equipment.
  • Ensure that all maintenance records are kept up-to-date and maintained as required.
  • Build relationships with key local partners and officials, including the building department, fire safety, board of health, police department, DOT, and emergency services.
  • Establish good relationships with tenants and support them in their needs.
  • Work alongside the onsite management team, tenants, and tenant construction to create a healthy onboarding experience for new tenants.
  • Partner with internal construction and development teams to build and maintain the property, including identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Select great and knowledgeable vendors and negotiate the best deals.
  • Responsible for partnering in the oversight of the construction process related to tenant build-outs and building development on property.
  • Plan review, specifically related to constructability with an eye on items that will be a maintenance concern post-construction.
