- Speech and Language Intervention: Provide effective and appropriate intervention services to students in all areas of speech and language disorders.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other school professionals to provide a comprehensive program for students.
- Parent Communication: Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and disabilities.
- Georgia Speech-Language Pathology License: A valid Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license is required.
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
- Professional Experience: Professional work experience in speech/language is preferred.
The employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is also required to talk, hear, stand, and walk. The employee may be required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, and/or reach. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
