As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing care for patients in the areas of speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluates patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders
Develops and implements individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
Provides therapy sessions to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
Educates patients and their families on communication and swallowing strategies
Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
Current registration/license to practice speech-language pathology in the state of practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
