Bronson Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a positive and productive experience for all who interact with our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the service desk, including cash handling, membership sales, and customer inquiries.
  • Operate cafe appliances and prep areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment for members and staff.
  • Enforce all facility policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Process proshop and cafe sales, utilizing check-in and POS computers.
  • Answer multiline phone system, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure delinquent members are not granted access to the facility.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • BLS/AED certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS systems.
  • Physical requirements include standing, sitting, and occasional lifting (below 50 lbs.).
