We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Northwest Chicago. The ideal candidate will have experience in Medicare outpatient care and be fluent in Spanish. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8-5pm with minimal on-call requirements. Our team provides dedicated support and a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a dedicated Scribe and MA to optimize patient care
- Work with a Canopy EMR system
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education
Requirements:
- Board certification in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
- Experience in Medicare outpatient care
- Fluency in Spanish
- 100% outpatient schedule
